環島的英文
要表示環島這個概念的動詞可以說 go around the island、travel around the island 或是 go on a trip around the island，如果要把地點明確地說出來，以環台灣為例，就可以說 go around Taiwan、travel around Taiwan 或是 go on a trip around Taiwan 囉。
此外，也可以搭配交通工具來說，例如：take a train around the island（搭火車環島）、cycle around Taiwan（騎單車環台）。
After breaking up with his girlfriend, Stanley decided to go around Taiwan by scooter.
在和女友分手後，Stanley 決定要騎機車環台灣。Sammy spent 20 days traveling around Taiwan by bicycle.
Sammy 花了二十天騎自行車環島。Joanne met her husband while cycling around the island.
Joanne 是在騎自行車環島時認識她老公的。

以上提到的 go around… 和 travel around… 等相關用法除了有環島的意思，也可以表示「到處走走、到處逛逛」，這個意思也還算常見，所以如果要判斷確切的語意，就需要搭配上下文一起看唷。

另外也提醒你一下，surround the island ❌ 是環島錯誤的說法唷，我看到網路上很多人這麼用，但這是用中文直翻英文，可別被誤導囉！
接著，如果要以名詞來表達環島的概念，可以說 round island trip 或 round island tour（也可以用 round-island trip/tour），在一些旅行規劃的網站滿容易會看到這樣的寫法，看例句吧：
The college students planned a round island bike tour as their graduation trip.
