如何用英文描述自己科系？（含科系中英對照表！）

不知道大家在求職寫英文履歷或遇到英文面試時，會不會有不知道該怎麼說自己科系英文的困擾？不知道該如何表達自己學位的英文？

這次就幫你整理好各科系中英文對照表，以及雙主修、輔修的英文，還附上超實用的科系英文相關例句，讓你下次在撰寫英文履歷，或是遇到英文面試時，也能輕鬆地用英文表達出自己的畢業科系、主修項目。

畢業於某大學科系英文

如果要表達自己是畢業於某個學校或某個科系，可以利用「graduated from 學校 with a bachelor’s degree in 主修科目」、「got/earned a bachelor’s degree in 主修科目」、「I completed…」的句型。因為是已經畢業，所以可以使用過去式來表達。

I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in finance from NTU.
I got/earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from/at NTU.
I completed my bachelor’s degree in business at NTU.

就讀於某大學科系英文

如果是要表達自己正在就讀於某科系，則可以使用「major in 主修科目」或是「be a/an XXX（主修科目）major」的句型，而因為還在就讀中，所以可以用現在簡單式表達即可。

I major in international business at NTU.
I am an international business major at NTU.

主修、輔修、雙主修、雙學位英文

主修英文用 major ，如果是輔修的話則可以用 minor，後面的介系詞都是 in 。在台灣通常如果是雙主修就會領到雙學位，但如果是在國外可能是主修兩個類別、最後領一個學位，所以會有 double major 跟 dual degree 的差別。double major 指的是雙主修兩個類別，dual degree 則比較偏向雙學位的意思。

I graduated with a double major in law and accounting.
I completed a dual degree in economics and communications.

大學、碩士、博士英文

4 年制大學生可以用 college student / undergraduate student，如果是想要講有大學學位則可以用 bachelor’s degree。另外，也會把學位、學系所屬的類別合在一起變成縮寫，像是 B.A.（Bachelor of Arts）代表人文、藝術學士、B.S.（Bachelor of Science）則是代表理工學士。

碩士生可以說 master’s student，如果是想說擁有碩士學位可以說 master’s degree。一樣可以加上學系所屬的類別縮寫成，MBA（Master of Business Administration）代表企業管理碩士、MIS （Master of Information System）資訊管理碩士。

博士生可以說 doctor 或 PhD student，如果是指博士學位的話可以用 doctor’s degree、doctoral degree。

各學院英文

台灣大學的通常每個系都會有自己所屬的學院，像是德文系、韓文系、日文系、英文系等，就會全部歸在外語學院，畢業時授予的學位名稱通常也會跟自己的學院相關。
