又來到我們商用英文的時間！今天這篇文章要來介紹「如附件檔」的英文該怎麼說 😀 工作中常會有大大小小的檔案要透過電子郵件傳送，當我們要在郵件中告知收信人信件中有檔案時，該怎麼說比較合適？又有哪幾種常見的說法？今天就來看看實體的 email 範例，讓你的商業書信更加專業喔~
附件檔 英文
電子郵件中的附件檔叫做 attachment，它可以是任何形式的檔案，例如文件檔、圖片檔、影音檔等，attach 這個字是「連接」、「附著」的意思，因此名詞 attachment 就是附著或夾帶於信件的檔案 📎

- 以上表格當中，Jenny 整理了幾種常見的「如附件」以及「參考附件檔」的英文例句，都可以直接拿來使用！例如 ” The attached file is … ” ，也就是「附件檔為 …」，後面直接接檔案內容即可 📎
- 若要特別強調「參考」這兩個字，請收信人閱讀並參照檔案內容時，則可以說 ” Please refer to the attached file. ” ─ 「請參考附件檔。」 refer to 意指「參考」。也可以說 ” Please see the attached file for your reference. ” 這邊的 for your reference 就是「給您參考」的意思，現代講究精簡的電子郵件也常會縮寫成為 FYR。
- 補充一下許多商業書信的範例當中，你可能會看到 ” Please find the attached file. ” 這個說法，此說法並沒有錯誤，而且根據 Jenny 先前在公司行號的經驗，其實還算滿常見的！不過近年來 email 愈來愈精簡，加上 find 的意思比較多種，因此許多電子郵件漸漸以 see 取代 find，而 ” Please find the attached ” 就變成比較所謂比較「老派」的用法 😉

Hello Jenny,
This is Karen, the buyer of XYZ company. We are currently looking for a specific type of product and one of our business partners recommended your company to us.

We hope to learn more about your company’s products. Would it be alright for you to send me a copy of your latest product catalog as an attachment? I have also attached an electronic copy of our company brochure for your reference.
