首先，「公司負責人」的英文可以說 person in charge，就是指「負責人」的意思。只要在後面加上相關的字：person in charge of the company 就可以用來講公司的負責人囉！

我們必須和你們公司的負責人談談The police arrested the person in charge of the company for smuggling.

而 person in charge 這個詞可以應用的範圍非常廣，除了能用來指公司的負責人，也可以用來指商店、部門、團隊，或是專案項目⋯⋯等等的負責人。後面通常會接介系詞 of 用來表示「⋯⋯的負責人」。

head 這個字本身有「領導人、負責人、首長」的意思，所以當我們講到公司負責人時，也可以用這個單字來表達。
